5. Settlement of Disputes

The arbitrator shall be appointed by the Central Chamber of Commerce. The place of arbitration shall be Helsinki, Finland, the language of arbitration is Finnish, and the the proceedings will be exclusively governed by Finnish laws (with exception to its choice of law provisions).
